Starbucks

The messiest Starbucks I’ve been to. So many boxes stacked on the floor. 8 staff members (most chit chatting), 3 sitting on the tables that customers should be able to use. One staff member is sitting on the floor eating Moe’s Mexican food from next door. It all feels very off brand…junky, trashy, dirty. I see trash every where, hand smudges on glass, dust, filthy air vents, food in corners of floor. Someone needs to intervene as the manager is not taking care of this store. I come to this location when visiting my family and while they have more staff, it’s still a dirty and messy store.

Handed me an incorrect drink and argued with me at the drive thru window that I “haven’t even had a sip”. I’m not going to argue about a product I paid for. When im handed a drink that’s half WHITE when it’s supposed to be pumpkin with cold foam- unacceptable. Teach your employees that if a drink is handed back, it’s not their job to argue

Come here at night, you’ll usually get great drinks and good service. If you go to this Starbucks during the morning/day, don’t expect to be treated with respect. I’ve given this Starbucks 5 chances before deciding to write this review. Every single time I go my drink is made the wrong way, regardless of what I order. I get it, it sounds like I’m the problem, but I have never had a single issue at any other Starbucks in this country. At first I’d just take it as they gave it to me not wanting to waste any drink. After the third time of getting mocha cookie crumbles instead of Java chip Frappuccinos, I started to order something different for the sake of my sanity and to not put pressure on the workers because I know the service industry is hard. They recently came out with new drinks, the FROZEN ones. Every single time I order, my sisters order, or my parents order, we are given non-frozen versions of the drinks. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that we have to wait over 15 minutes for the drinks, any time we try to tell them “I’m sorry but I ordered the frozen version of this.” They argue and treat you dumbly. One worker even tried to give me some other customer’s drink because that one was frozen. When I asked for a refund, she threw away that lady’s drink. My last straw was when I ordered a frozen drink through the drive through and the worker repeated my order back to me, “one frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade?” I confirmed that was my order but when I got to the window it was the regular, juice-like mango dragonfruit refresher. I told them that I ordered it frozen and instead of offering to remake it, the worker decided to argue that I had not said frozen even though they had repeated it back to me. Same thing happened to my friends inside the store. The only way they seem to get it right is if you order online. Even then, they take really long and are either tolerable or extremely disrespectful depending on their mood I guess. I’m not someone who like to complain much less publicly, but this Starbucks is seriously bad most of the time.

I ordered a carmel macchiato and a warmed croissant 25 minutes before i arrived at the store. After standing around inside of the store for 15 minutes trying to get someone’s attention I was handed a cold, hard croissant and a room temperature coffee from a back counter with a bunch of stuff around it. This has happened the last six times I have visited this store. All times I have been served by a different team of employees. Coming from a fellow food employee, this is absolutely unacceptable.
